Myrikel watched the scene unfold in shock and quickly rushed to Kalsari's side and cradled her head in her arms as she passed. Myrikel cried.

Tears were streaming down Sineliniel's face when she realized what had happened.

Gilliadson sadly knelt beside his daughter and tried to comfort her.

After some time Stormfollower rose from Jetamios side and softly spoke.
"This is my doing."
He unfolded a silk cloth from the confines of a pocket and placing it on the floor. Then he ceremoniosly began to carefully brush Kalsaris remains onto it.
"Had I not continually drove my pity to bear apon her condition this would not have happened."

Myrikel rose and looked at Stormfollower, tears still streaming down her cheeks.

"No, Lord Stormfollower, her decision to end this way is because of love. Her love for another who had bound to her and abandoned her. I felt that just before she died. You know of the binding of souls of one to another. I weep for her because I felt her final despair in that moment. For her there was no other solution. So much love from a being who's people bear so little of it..."

Myrikel threw her arms around her mother and wept into her gown.

The words from those around her floated around in her mind breifly but she paid them no attention. She was still staring at the ground where Kalsari had...well, Jetamio really couldn't think of the right word. Poofed sounded too unrespectful, but it was exactly what she had done. Turned to light and poofed. Her blood had done that. She subconsiously raised a hand to her neck but the wound was healed, only the rivulets of dried blood on her neck and staining her shirt being the only evidence that she had even been bitten.

Then Stormfollowers movement broke her line of sight and she snapped her head up to look at him. "What are you doing?"

Stormfollower looked at Jetamio the sadness in his unclouded eye poured forth yet he shed no tears.
"Her remains... Someone should take care of them."

"What are you going to do with them?" she asked, remembering his hatred of vampires.

Stormfollower pondered that question for a moment. He really had not thought much further than placing the remains within the silk cloth
"I know nothing of her people or customs. And I impossed enough of mine own beliefs apon her while her body still walked in death. So I will not suppose a ceremony to correctly honour her. I will search out her kin, and return what is left of her mortal coil to them. I will tell them what I know of what hath transpired since they last saw her."
He stood now cradleing the neatly tied pouch carefully in both hands. He looked around the room at his friends.
"What do we know of her family?"

"That they will kill you on sight for bringing her remains to them!" the Druid answered, now rising to her feet. She grabbed a wet cloth from by the bar and wiped off the worst of the blood as she thought. "We'd have to send message to Tajer to come get them, thats probably the safest way."

Gilliadson spoke up.

"If you wish, I will meet with Tajer and deliver her remains."

"Are you sure that is wise, Leofa?" Asked Sineliniel.

"None better than a Holy Warrior when dealing with undead of any kind. She may have at least enough knowledge of the Paladins of Marr to know that we do not lie."

Sineliniel nodded. "I would go with you but I think my presence may hinder more than help considering how they feel about us Koada`Dal."

"True." Gilliadson turned to Stormfollower and Jetamio. "If the two of you find the arrangement agreeable and Storm, you do not have to worry about me, I have grown much more powerful than you realize. I can hold my own quite well."

Jetamio looked at the two and shook her head with a slight roll of her eyes. She looked first at Sineliniel. "You would actually stand better chance than him." She looked at Gilliadson "The fact that you are a Paladin gives her reason to kill you right away. Regardless of whom you worship, she will see a Paladin and...well, she will do what she does to Paladins." She paused but spoke again before he could object. "I know you have grown, but so has she. She is older than you, she is a High Priestess, and for a reason."

She looked at each in the room in turn, chewing her lip in thought. Some knew her early past, others didn't. She reached into one of the many small pouches on her belt and fished out a small, but rare and expensive item. By the look of it it was well worn, but cherished. She touched it breifly to her face and incanted a spell all but forgotten, taught to her in her youth. Almost instantly her hair turned silver and her skin to a dusky blue. In a few seconds she became Tier'Dal.

She smiled wryly as she slipped the item back into its pouch. "A gift from the man who started this saga. Had I not met him and fell for him, Jetam would not have been born and there would then have been no Tajer. I will go to Neriak. Kalsari showed me the way." She taps her forehead as emphasis, referring to the perfect layout of the manor that the Assassin had left imprinted in her minds eye.

Stormfollower gently handed his wife the silk shrouded remains. He smiled softy and kissed her hard. Then, without word, he imparted his pride for her in taking on this sacred task. The pride that shone forth from his eyes and face was nearly tangable and it washed over Jetamio like the rays of the newly dawned sun.
He closed his eyes and with his mind he reached into the realm of spirits, searching for the one who used to be known as Kalsari, to let her know her rest drew close. A great peace wafted over him as he traveled there without form and he wondered if such a peace might ever exist in the realm of the living.

"Kalsari" He wispered

"Kalsari, where are you?"

His true spirit flew amoungst the spirits searching for she who he had never truely met. In his mind this being had been completely seperate from the one with whome he had conversed with in the mortal realms.

"I have news from beyond Kalsari. Great news for you."

He followed his sight through the surges and eddies of the spectral realm. past all form of bodiless entities spanning both ends of the spiritual hierarchy. Over countless scenes of mock-life and afterthought. All beings seamed aware of him and aknowledged his passing in some form or another yet non moved to answer.

"Kalsari?"

She had never felt so alone. Yet she couldn't remember anything different either. Awareness was slow to come to her as were the voices of the millions of spirits with her, their incessant whispers to each other that seemed to echo in her mind.

Kalsari

This word, it drifted to her, standing out from the others. It tickled on her mind, she felt she should know that word.

"Kalsari, where are you?"

It was a name. Someone was looking for this Kalsari. She looked around, and sensed a parting in the spirits as they shifted out of the way of whomever sought this being.

"I have news from beyond Kalsari. Great news for you."

She began to move out of his way, but hesitated upon this next whisper. Memories began to form vague images in her head. Even the voice started to sound familiar.

"Kalsari?"

She froze on the spot, searching the crowds of spirit. She suddenly found her voice and answered before she even realisezed she had spoken.

"Yes?"

Stormfollowers astral self grinned widely as he honned in on Kalsari.
"I have great news for thee Kalasari, your mortal coil, well what remains of it, will be taken to thy kin for proper rites and ceremonies!"
He beamed with pride at the mention of this deed as though it meant very much to him.
His spirit form settled down beside Kalsaris and was nearly as she was, but for the long link back to the mortal world.

She shied away from his spirit, afraid that her own spirit would corrupt or taint his.

"Kin? The only kin I have is Tajer and she will be angry that I destroyed the Gift she gave me. And Ultriin....he is too young."
