Mujbura watches as the events transpire, she hears the murmuring of the tribesmen. They part and divide as those who believe in the old ways disagree with those who still have faith in their leader. Families, friends and fellow tribesmen all begin looking at each other with distrust and even contempt.

This was not how it was supposed to be at all, Mujbura thought. This is not a united tribe. She looked at Stormfollower who stood there doing nothing. How could he not intervene? His children war with each other as the tribesmens voices begin rising towards each other as well. Chaos was beginning to ensue and she couldn’t interfere.

There she stood, unsure and worried. Fathers divided with their children, and generations decaying right before her eyes. Even she was the subject of disdain for some, their eyes looking at her with distrust and anger.

The tribesmen had had enough as it appeared Anla is attacked and dismissed by Gilliadson’s blade. They yelled against his attacking one of their ancestors calling out a double cross. Angry eyes lock on those who Stormfollower had held closest, even choosing their presence over those in his tribe. “Treachery!” was shouted by one and all took arms, one against the other. “He has brought us here to die!”

Tears stung her eyes as even she was viewed upon as a sort of demon brought upon by Stormfollower. She wasn’t sure what to do and so there she stood also, as motionless as Stormfollower, as shocked as ever.

As Anla feels the quick release from Gilliadson’s blade she looks down upon him with gratitude for a breath of a moment before her head reels back a loud scream of pain searing through the air. The spirit had been returned to Cerissa’s robe, ownership of her soul that was won was not relinquished.

Yellow, reptilian eyes lock with the pet hovering over the waters surface, before she can utter a word the Mage accompanying her crew sends his own. The air elemental sends its powerful gusts through the water pet disintegrating it into less than mist. Cerissa grins thinking to herself, “It pays to know the right ones….”

Her hand gripped tightly on the pendant, she had sensed the other there who had decided to join his son and her smile darkens. It couldn’t be more perfect, now that he had trapped himself within the pendant with Remis, his spirit had new ownership and could not release himself from within without her willing permission, and that wasn’t going to happen any time soon.

Able to view Radha hovering over her body, things were becoming more and more simpler now. Who else had such command over the spirit realm than a Necromancer well skilled with the art? However, this female had little, to no, interest for her so she chose to leave the girl hovering within the realm of the living and the dead. Having come for what she wanted she no longer cared to be there and sent a shadow to provide her silent whispers to Zotreth.

Jetamio saw nothing beyond the bodies of her youngest children. She was too stunned even to respond at first, even when she felt arms encircle her to stop her from falling. Without thinking she lashed out, but those slender blue arms were still strong. She went limp in Tajer's arms, but the Dark Elf was not offering her comfort. Old connections recently renewed sprang to life in vivid detail in her mind as Tajer took her face in her hands and forced her to look at her.

"You must prepare him. Your husband and daughter travel where you cannot go, but you have work to do here."

The Druid nodded and Tajer let her go, then picked up Radha's sword and moved to stand nearby. While not greatly experienced with the weapon, her latent Sanguine abilities would make up for the disadvantage.

Meanwhile Jetamio formed a barrier of thorns around herself and her children that would take some time to cut through. Radha, she knew lingered nearby in spirit, refusing to return without her brother. Her pulse was faint but steady, the wound in her chest healed.
She turned her attention to what remained of Remis. The magic that had returned him to life was dark, his whole body riddled with it. She took a deep breath and began to chant a spell of cleansing.

The vapor from the water elemental gathers back together into form again and he pulls up a wall of water to push the air Elemental back toward his master. P`Nala chants a quick spell to drain the magical energies from Cerissa to feed her own and Sineliniel's. Willanaome calls out to Mujbura.

"It is up to you to convince the people of the truth of the matter at hand. Anla was not in control of her words. They were the words of an evil outsider who holds her spirit. We are trying to help restore order here for you and your people and to help expel these evil outsiders. I will help Gilliadson in keeping the enemies busy while your people help your leader and his family. They must all be saved."

((Gill had nothing to do with dispelling Anla it was P`Nala who broke the connection between Anla and Cerissa and freed her.))

The evil spirits of Cerissas cloak kept thier distance from her amulet, thier torment of Remis fully abated. But still he wept bitterly.
Stormfollower spoke to him in thier minds alone.
"Remis you must stop your crying."
New voices came from out of time towards them there, voices even Stormfollower had not heard in a long long time. He had been no older than Remis when he had first heard them...The Star People called across the blackness, worrying, terrified that Stormfollower and Jetamio had lost control of the situation on the world below.
"Why aren`t you already down there boy?" one woman shouted. "Get moving! I thought you wanted to be a great Dreamer so you could help her!"[/i]
Remis looked to his father."The are talking to me?"
"Aye Remis they call you to your fate."
" I... I don`t understand." He shuddered at what he thought was cold air. But in the realm of spirits there was no air.
The Star Peoples voices hushed to disagreeable whispers, but they could still catch frgments of thier conversations:
"..he`s afraid. He`ll never be able to help anybody."
"Remis is a coward."
"Too young..."
"...Can`t expect him to know anything important... Dont understand why She chose him. Remis, a Dreamer? Ridiculous!"

Cerissa could only hear the Star Peoples voices, they persisted on with thier comments while Stormfollower continued to speak privately to his son.
"The world is waiting for you Remis, your time has come. Those who have died by your powers were evil..."
"No father, the messanger at Crows, the woman on the outscirts of Thirdbeach... and there were others...so many others"

"Evil, all of them Remis. Outwardly some may have put on the clothes of goodness to diceave the world. But by deed each and every one has been juged and served thier punishment for thier evils by you, wether you know it or not you are the hand of Her justice."

All of the low conversations that eddied through the blackness died suddenly. Stars twinkled and burst, while others shrank into nothingness, and beyond them all, spirals of whole dead villages turned in thier inexorable rotations.

Mujbura is snapped out of her daze by Willanome speaking in her direction, furry white ears perk while saddened eyes turned towards Willanome. She had only once felt such sadness, the day her fathers body had been returned to their home for her to prepare him for burial. Her head shakes as she snorts out a bit of a sigh, her heart too pained to even think of what to do. But something Willanome had said struck louder than the chaos around her. “….you and your people….”

She stood there motionless as she looked at the tribesmen who have begun pushing each other, their voices raised as their bodies move to the sides they have chosen. She had never thought of herself as anything more than a misplaced elf. “My people.” she says in her mind then raises the same wolf born eyes up towards Stormfollower. “Our people.” she whispers in a canine wimper. She was unsure if even Stormfollower had known the reason she had been in their city since before the time of his own birth. But that didn’t seem to matter now, Willanome has realized and now knew, and she had spoken it aloud.

Sitting on her haunches she raises her shoulders proudly, the perfect form of the wolf with the blessings of Norrath posed before all. Her head raises to the heavens as even The Tribunal is awakened by the call of her howl. Louder the call grows as Tunare and even Norrath seem to turn their heads toward a cry of their child. Though holding their aggressive stances, the tribesmen fall silent looking at the large wolf.

Always happy to be the one outside looking in, always happy to be camoflouged within the comfort nature, she was always uncomfortable being the center of attention, even if the number present were one. The howling pauses as the wolf stands, her head raised proudly as she walks through the crowd. Amber eyes aglow with the spirit of Norraths blessing she walks amongst those for whom she had been born. Step by step the fur shortens, step by step her body lengthens, step by step the wolf releases itself to the form of the Feir’dal.

She stops in front of Stormfollower her glowing eyes raising to the distant gaze upon his. Tender fingers caress his cheek, knowing he can hear her as he always could, she whispers in an ancient language, “Jeg er fremdeles med du,,,, uten fail og alltid.”

Her eyes turn towards the tribesmen as she speaks in their native tongue, “I am known to many of you. Some stories are myths, while others are true. Those with faith know why I have been brought to live amongst you. It is not ‘I’ who will judge you, it is not ‘I’ who will save you. The Tribunal shall judge each of you for your actions this day. Those of the faith shall be rewarded while the faithless shall fall. Families are not a division by any power other than their own. Do not fall victim to those who try to sway you from justice.“

She looks at Zotreth with saddened eyes, “He and those with him are your test.” She looks out again towards the tribesmen, “Your leader” she pauses for a moment fighting to keep her eyes averted from Stormfollower so she does not show weakness, “fights for his family, for your family. Do not abandon him, help him, help yourselves. Look within each of you, find the faith of your ancestors, listen to their words.”

The tribesmen begin murmuring, whispers echo between them. Mujbura stands protectively close to Stormfollower, she was determined not to allow harm to him while he appeared to be in a catatonic state. Tiny fingers intertwine with his as she slips her hand into his large palm. The touch, though unnecessary, to let him know she was ready to whisper the words of escape to The Mother if she could not defend him.

(( My apologies for the delayed response,,,, and the length of it! :p Had to pour over 3 contracts, 1 deposition follow-up and a conference presentation disaster. lol

Gilliadson, please just consider it changed as you stated. ;) ))

"Time for some magic lessons." Sineliniel says to P`Nala as Fluffy issues a powerful gust of wind against Rixcis blowing him away from Cerissa. "It is time to take this little Necromancer to school!"

Sineliniel summons a dome of fire around Cerissa. Earth Elementals rise from the sand and surround the dome as well.
P`Nala casts a spell to deplete the oxygen inside the fire dome. Fire and Lighting fall from the sky at Willanaome's command against the rest of the enemies.

Smiling as Willanome's attention is elsewhere, he takes a final step of hate toward the dome surrounding Cerissa. The Dark Knight summons all the dead that he has ever controlled, and the power granted to him by Innoruuk. His sword begins to glow in a purple color and he plunges it into the dome attempting to break the elemental powers.

Zotreth holds to his sword tight and mutters a spell that lifts him off the ground. His sword moves upward, still trying to pierce inside the dome as he rises.

The flames from the dome heat the Shadowknight's blade but no rift is made in the dome. Gilliadson and Myrikel charge toward Zotreth and quickly dispatch the undead minions that try to stop them while the Earth Elementals near Zotreth begin to pound on him.

Zotreth quickly withdraws his blade and sends a surge of dark energy sailing towards Gilliadson and Myrikel. He takes a defensive stance and summons several undead warriors to attack the elementals around him.

A few kilometers away, the army of the undead and living stand where Cerissa had placed them earlier. Several of the Iksar Monk Renegades charge quickly toward the scene, their feet making almost no noise. All of them hold shurikens which they hurl at Sinliniel once they are close enough.

"Quickly Cerissa!" Zotreth shouts as he keeps his eyes on the two Paladins.

His body finally cleansed, Jetamio leaned forwards and kissed the forehead of Remis' body. At her touch he took a deep shuddering breath but did not wake.

"Come back to me my son... your time is not yet over." she whispered into his ear.

A loud hiss passes through her clenched teeth as Rixcis is blown from her side. Reptilian eyes glare at those whom stand across from Zotreth. “I am done playing.” she states to no one in particular about to take a step when a ring of fire appears around her. The heightened emotions have fed her well to withstand some of the magic that attempts to drain her own. As the air within the ring becomes depleted she coughs looking at Rixcis then towards Zotreth hearing him call her name.

A white haired female Gnome with her hair wisping into the air in three points appears next to Zotreth grinning up at him, “He has this.” As the words are spoken another Gnome calls to the fire pulling it to him then wraps his small fingers around Cerissa’s pulling to her Zotreths side. The male Gnome yelling his dark incantation to the Gods surrounding the group in a wall of flame that builds around them.

Cerissa grips tightly to the pendant while grinning at Jetamio as the fire consumes the group sending them to another location. Meanwhile, her paid soldiers stampede forward towards the tribe, slashing through any who were in their path as they make their way towards Stormfollower and the others in his group.

Her calm demeanor disappears as Mujbura turns to all present and yells, “Noooo!” while blades are drawn and the people turn on each other. Her hand tightens on Stormfollowers as she takes a step backwards placing her back against his chest. She whispers up towards Stormfollower, “Jeg er med du.”

She watched with wide and sad eyes as the tribe crumbled amongst itself. Brother against father, mother against daughter, families and friendships decompose faster than the dead buried within the soil. Her eyes blink with the tears that sting them causing her to miss a blunt object that sends her spinning to the ground.

She spits out the horrible tasting blood that fills her mouth before wiping the back of her hand. Still dazes she lay there a moment before her head snaps up towards Stormfollower. Panic strikes as she realizes she had left him unprotected and one former tribesman actually had the tenacity to attempt to attack him. Blood spits from her lips as she pulls down a Winter Blaze upon the attacker. The person screaming in pain as they are charred to dust in an instant.

She stands quickly grabbing Stormfollowers hand once more calling upon the Goddess to protect them. An aura surrounds them forbidding those of evil inclination from entering. The tribe was falling apart, there wasn’t anything anyone could do about it. Even she, the one whom was born for these people was looked upon as a witch. She looks at Jetamio then Willa, “Get your people out of here!”

Placing her hand upon Stormfollowers cheek she whispers, “Ga med pa meg og vaere pengeskap.” Then whispers a prayer removing the two from the area just as an undead Knight breaks through the barrier. Leaves and sand flitter away as the Knights sword swoops through nothing but air.

(( Ummm.... Thanks Gil.... *blush* ))

Sineliniel spins around quickly her magic taking control of the Shurikens. The projectiles follow her motion as she turns and are hurled back toward their owners with deadly precision sticking into the monks' skulls. Gilliadson and Myrikel beat down the enemies as fast as they get within range of their holy blades. The five companions gather around Jetamio and her children to keep them protected. An army of Elementals assist in the defense at Sineliniel's command. Willanaome looks to Jetamio.

"Take your children out of here. We will guard your escape."
