Sineliniel quickly incanted a spell that would call fire from the sky over the area of the black ooze save the final word. Fluffy held his position between the ooze and the Goblin Queen. P`Nala Readied her spell to lower the creature's resistance to magical attacks. All awaited the command from Stormfollower...

Her tightly gripped hands loosened, releasing one hand she cut a thick strap off the pack on her back. She secures the tiller to a nearby railing giving it a few good tugs to ensure it will stay put then looks up at Jetamio. Smiling with a bit of shyness she leaps down to her and places a tiny hand in hers. She swallows then takes a deep breath looking to the heavens where The Mother smiles down upon her child through Jetamio's storm-clouds. She looks up at Stormfollower with the confidence previously shown and then over to Jetamio and squeezes her hand nodding.

The red haired woman smiled as Mujbura took her hand. Holding onto the tiny hand, she returned her gaze to the storm above them as she spoke.
"Let yourself go, become one with the storm. Feel it inside you, seeking release..."
She lowered her gaze towards the sea again, a faint glow surrounding both the druids as she held the storms energy in check until the right time.

Tajer had no intentions of going back below, and Aidhan did not push the issue after she eyed him with a challenging gaze. She had no idea what she could possibly do here, but she had been bed ridden long enough. She approached the group, though hung back a little behind them.

The first ship met its end with a sickening crunch as a huge tentacle crashed down upon its main mast and clutched its hull in a quick grasp. Instantly the ship, nearly twice the length of the Goblin Queen was crushed in two splintered halves. Those on board who were not killed outright were flung into the murky black waters that now surrounded the rear of the retreating fleet. Their cries of help were quickly muffled by the enveloping of their heads and mouths by the primal ooze. Another tentacle followed quickly after and then a third, both of them crashing up through the nearest two ships to the fateful companions. Tribesmen and women cried for their lives as the huge creatures gigantic body finally breached the surface. Its hideous malformed main section was neither head nor body but simply a nexus where the multiple tentacles joined together. At its center a huge parrot-like beak gaped at them as the beast let out a hideous shrieking scream. The beak was surrounded by nearly two score, deep, black, unblinking eyes. On the reverse side a huge splay of barbed spikes protruded each one the length of 5 horses. As the deafening cry of the monster rattled the boats of the Wolf Cult the creatures two main tentacles burst out of the water in front of the Goblin Queen each one terminating in a massive scoop shaped claw large enough to hold a house and no doubt neatly crush it into oblivion.
"The Undersea Magician!" Someone cried out "We are all doomed!"
From a quarter league away on his own ship The Black Swan the old shaman Silverbird could be heard yelling "It has come for someone pure! We must feed it quickly before all is lost!"
Stromfollower remembered the sacrifice that had sent the beast back to drill at its abysmal depths the time it had attacked them in his youth. Ciladaever was only 14 that summer, the last she ever saw.

Sineliniel Shouted above the din.
"There shall be no Sacrifices to this creature!"
Sineliniel uttered the final word of her spell as she levitated off the deck of the Goblin Queen and toward the the Magician. Fire rained down from the sky upon the creature causing severe burns. Fluffy flew toward the nearest tentacle and started slashing it with his blades. Gilliadosn and Myrikel pulled out their holy blades and rode over the water on their Holy Steeds and assisted Fluffy with the hacking of the first tentacle. Myrikel's Unicorn repeadedly stabbed the same tentacle with it's horn. P`Nala Caused the barking of Tashan to asssult the Creature's hearing lowering it's resistances to magical attacks and sent her summoned pet to attack the eyes of the Creature while she followed up with an attack on the Creature's mind with a barrage of Maddening thoughts.

Stormfollower began to call upon the ancestral favors of his spirit guides and to chant the great Redes of the Tribunal. The creature slowed and his companions were strengthened, bolstered by the ancient magics though still the fight went poorly. The creatures enormous size was a testament to its great stamina and its hide was deceptive in its appearance. Though it assumed the form of a creature of some fluidity like that of an octopus its hide was more akin the the bottom-dwelling crustacean animals. Its beak shot out repeatedly towards Gilliadson who blocked and parried like several men defending but still he took many a blow from the mind maddened sea-monster. Then up from the depths yet another tentacle brought forth its barbed and scaly length. Only this one carried a weapon of sorts. An enormous anchor it seamed, yet of great antiquity and from a ship which must have been the largest ever to sail on any sea of Norrath. Stormfollower thought perhaps this may have even come from one of the fabled star ships that was supposed to have buoyed the gentle elder races from their place in the constellations to these shores at the dawn of time. Down it swung barely missing Gilliadsons head only to smash into the side of Goblin Queen leaving her completely without a bow. Stormfollower was flung of into the water in the midst of summoning the spirit pack to do battle his ship listing badly and sinking fast.

Tajer watched in horror as their vessel was torn apart. She let go of the rail and scrabbled towards Jetamio and Mujbura as they were thrown to the deck by the ships lurching. But it was the sudden thunder of hooves and the blur of gold armour and flying red hair that caught her attention.

Radha had kept herself completely confined to her berth, deeply absorbed in the loss of her brother. It was the commotion on deck that drew her out of her meditation. She came out into the putrid air just as the first tentacles were lashing out and destroying the fleet. Naturally she had been told the legends and she felt fear at the sight of the creature even as she watched Gilliadson and Myrikel ran on to fight it.
Radha summoned her steed and mounted, gulping down a potion as she did so. As the great tentacle ripped off the Goblin Queens bow, Radha took off through the air towards the beast. Dressed all in gold, her long red hair flying out behind her like a banner on her great white horse, she was a sight behold. She raced right past the others straight towards the epicenter of tentacles, screaming an ancient warcry.
She had no idea what she'd do when she got there. She only knew that she longed to be with Remis, and she was being reckless. She had not heard Silver Birds shout, didn't know that she might be considered pure enough to be taken by this creature. Headlong she ran, with sword raised and ready.

Though she didn’t need instruction she peeked up an appreciative smile towards Jetamio. One NatureWalker was enough of a force, but two were an unbelievable reckoning. Mujbura squeezed Jetamio’s hand softly as she raised her eyes to the heavens. Feeling the arms of The Mother embrace her dear child, Mujbura closes her eyes absorbing Tunare’s natural gifts that begin to emanate from her. Life forces of all natural elements flow through her body, causing the glow around the two Druids to grow brighter. Even what life that was in the wood of the ship began to embrace her beckoning call.
A loud crash jerks her from her prayers as she stares with wide eyes at the creature destroying the ships one by one. It’s hideous form pulling a loud gasp from deep within her lungs, she had never seen such horrible evil. Her heart breaks a little each time as each soul is lost to it’s rampaging strength and her tiny body trembles. The voice of her father breaks the terror filled noise about her, “As small as you are, Tunare blessed you with the strength of the North, have faith in that, have faith in your family.” She looks over at Stormfollower, how much he reminded her of her father. So brave, handsome and wise.
She looks across the turbulent water as calls from other ships ring out. Stormfollower’s Tribesmen lost to the beasts hunger for death. Silverbird’s loud cry booms across the chaotic scene, “It has come for someone pure! We must feed it quickly before all is lost!” Her eyes return to Stormfollower as she wonders…. Was this her destiny? Was this why she was brought to the North? She had always called him the brother of her heritage because of the strong connection she had felt with him. Could he be a direct bloodline to her father? She had told only him the secret of honor, she was bound by an endless promise. “This is it.” she thought to herself. “Now is when we are united without boundaries.” Sacrificing herself seemed so easy a solution to end the sufferage of their people.
She was fully prepared to end their suffering but stops and screams out, “Noooooo!” as Stormfollower falls into the water. Her thoughts rose above all the chaos, cries and orders as she looked across the numbers of people ready to fight and those that parish. It was all in slow motion now, the beasts tentacles slowly converging on those who were family to him, and possibly even her even if not by blood. Cries and orders turn to mutated sounds also slowing with the fate of time. As the ship lucrches and pitches on it’s way to the oceans floor she deftly leaps and tumbles across the deck until she reaches the end where she leaps over the railing and forgetting her fear of water jumps in by Stormfollower grabbing his hand.

Sineliniel quickly levitates Stormfollower and the rest of the Goblin Queen party as the ship prepares for it's descent to the ocean's floor. Another Quick incantation calls up a host of powerful elemental creatures to attack the center of the creature. Sineliniel orders Fluffy to join her host and P`Nala's pet. Myrikel and Gilliadson switch tactics and charge toward the Creature's center as Radha emerges charging from the Goblin Queen. Myrikel charges alongside Radha. Two Pure Maidens riding side by side in a blur of Gold, Crimson and Silver. P`Nala casts her spells to speed the companions and slow the creature even more and begins casting spells to drain the magical energies from the creature as well. A bolt of lightning streaks from the sky and strikes the creature's center as a familliar Halfling appears running across the top of the water toward the companions.

Even as the tide of battle turned for the group so did the actual tide. At that moment when the pull of the sun and moon drew the giant mass of the oceans towards them. Stormfollower shifted into fighting form, he released all his inhibited maxims that human society had wrought within him and became the Garu. A 9foot, black werewolf now hovered over the waters where Sinleniel had plucked the barbarian shaman out of the sea. In this form Stormfollower loped with the speed of the cheetah straight at the gaping maw of their adversary joining in on the focused assault on the eyes and beak.
The ancient alien-magician responded by abandoning his periphery attacks on the remaining boats. All the tentacles were now raised and heading towards their own center. 18 in all, the writhing branches of destructive rending snaked towards them across the waters. Its myriad multifaceted eyes, now wide with rage and torment, scrutinized each one of them with animal panic. Its beak crashing together wildly at any who came too close.
Stormfollower moved in with stunning speed to claw out the closest eye. The beast winced and gibbered in anguish at the loss. Somehow at this range it did not seam intelligent enough to merit its name and reverence given by the elders. Stormfollower stopped short on his next attack suddenly coming to a frightening realization.

She felt her body rise from the deck as the beautiful vessel gave in to the ocean. Clambering to her feet in thin air she watched as the great Garu began his attack with animal savagery. Normally she too would unleash the fury of the beast inside her, but it was gone like her hunger. She suddenly felt very vulnerable and helpless, but she couldn't just stand there. She grabbed a short sword from the sheath of one of the crew, too terrified to resist her. Then she took off towards the others, her feet now sure and steady...and remarkably swift. She had never used a sword before, but had swung a mace often enough in battle to have an idea. She reached the nexus in quick time, though did not give it any thought at the time that she had just outrun a horse.
She brought down the blade hard upon another of the creatures eyes, the clumsy strike cleaving deep into the flesh to Tajer's surprise with what she had thought would merely be a glancing blow. She just happened to be facing Stormfollower after her strike, and saw his reaction which in turn caused her to falter. What was wrong?

Another loud gasp could be heard loudly as Mujbura watched Stormfollower change form. Through the confusion of the choatic battle and all the new experiences she scrambled away from him. She sat for only a split moment as she watched him gallop towards the creature who sought to destroy them all. Shaking her head she stands quickly then looks to the heavens where The Mother resides sending blessings down to her beloved daughter. She runs behind Stormfollower unsheathing her sword before she meets him at the epicenter of choas, the essence of the being. With a quick and sure sword she swings attacking in sequence with Stormfollower. The blade of her sword accentuate her skilled hand with the angled slashes that tear at the meat of the being. So determined in her effort she is unaware that Stormfollower had stopped his attack and her blade continues ripping at the being.

Sineliniel summons the hottest fireball she had ever summoned since first time she became pregnant. This time, however, she maintains complete control over the field that surrounds it protecting everyone around it from the White-hot heat inside. Sineliniel tosses the fireball with pinpoint accuracy and it enters the creature's beak as it opens trying to take a bite out of the Arch-Mage's husband. Sineliniel then notices Stormfollower pausing in his attack. Willanaome stops at Jetamio's side and adds her power to the storm that the other two Lady Druids are wielding. Myrikel pulls her blade out of the eye that she had just gouged with it and sees Stormfollower holding his attack. The young Lady Knight motions to her Father and Radha and points toward Stormfollower. Gilliadson catches his daughter's signal and looks toward his old friend.
