Transferring to FV...

I PM'd a Dev to find out if it was really true and this was the answer I got.
*crosses all her fingers and toes*It came up at fan faire and I said I'd look into possibly loosening the rules. It's not completely up to me, but I'm going to review them and see what we can do to make it a bit nicer.
