Forging Alliances.

I've been thinking lately. Dangerous passtime I know...
But anyway. It may be just me being on at the wrong times and stuff, but we do not seem to do much together as an alliance. I thought to unite us under one guild but that didn;t go down too well either. We all have our own preferences, loyalties, dilemnas. Our own identities as a guild. People said to me, well thats what the Alliance is for. So lets do something about it!
Most of us are in the 60- 75 range, with a couple level 80's (Xarzith and Broogan if I remember right). There are a couple in the 50's, but it wont be a problem for what I suggest.
I was thinking that one night a week we could get together and go kill one of the lower tier Gods in PoP or so. Grummus would be a nice starting point. I will lead the raids unless anyone else particulalry wants to. For anyone who wants to, I will make a separate post with a little roster so I can see what is possible or not.
Or even a small raid one week and a party or RP event the next? Just one night a week, or even a fortnight when we come to gether as an Alliance. It could kickstart some RP's off, I for one am hungering for a good story. I know not everyone likes to write much, but a little more activity here would not hurt.
I have heard some people say they wont post here because people here don't go to their guild sites etc. Doesn't make sense to me. Here is like a meeting ground, a place to form friendships and unions. We all have our indiviadual guild sites that we can RP on, but those are often quite guild orientated, and an outsider might be shy to join in without invite. So meet up here in char, and if you want people to visit your guild site too, invite the person to come visit! Not everyone is like me and goes around most of the guildsites anyway, some won't go til they are invited.
While the Alliance itself has no set meeting place, it might be nice to pop in for tea in the lush gardens of House Illumine, or go fishing in the arctic seas of Stormfollowers people, or even a ball in the castle of Arien de Kaane (which Jetamio painstakingly restored last year

Visit each other, get to know each others characters and lets make our little community closer and stronger.
