Myrikel felt the love from Stormfollower when he arrived and smiled warmly.

"That is Lady Jetamio's husband, Stormfollower and a very good friend of the family. Come let us meet him as well." Myrikel continued to lead the Iksar Necromancer toward Jetamio and company.

The lizard lady put down her empty glass, and followed Myrikel over to Jetaimo, the young wizardess, and the Halasian. Her eyes traveled the first two momentarily before they settled on the barbarian. She had heard tales of softskins the size of her scaled brethren, but never had she believed it to be true! She couldn't help but admire the large Shaman, no doubt strong and powerful from the way he was hefting the two about.

"Greetingsss...." she said to the three simply, still looking the Halasian over curiously.

Stormfollower placed his girls on the ground before turning to the Iksar.
"Greetings Lady Lizard," He spoke with a smug smirk. " a great day when we can meet as this amoungst mutual friends."
He exstended his hand toward her as he bowed "Stormfollower Wolfheart, at thy service, My wife Jetamio and our daughter Cionaodh."

The Iksar wrapped her tail about the offered hand, squeezing tightly. She gave a small grin to the Shaman before her.

"Yesss, a great day indeed. I am Rakana Shadowscale. I have already had the good fortune to meet your mate and child" she replied, then released the Halasian's hand.

"Hmm...you are of that group of softskinsss near the great dragon Vox's lair? I had heard rumorsss of such large onesss asss yourself, but I never believed them."

((Very beautiful Jet!)) Myrikel had heard of Lady Jetamio's aversion to fine dress and was quite taken aback at the vision of Jetamio in her gown.

"You look quite stunning, Lady Jetamio." Said the young lady Knight. Myrikel bowed reverntly before the elder Druidess. "Cionaodh, if you would like, I would love to show you and Mistress Rakana around after she and your father are finished exchanging pleasantries."

Gilliadson and Sineliniel watched the exchange for a few moments.

"Well my friends, we must greet the other guests before we retire for the night. The Homecoming Celebration will be in three days. You are more than welcome to stay here for as long as you like and are most definitely invited to attend the event. You will find we have acquired many strange and unlikely friends and allies some of whom you would approve of wholeheartedly and some you would have to take in with a grain of salt. We are expecting more over the next few days and it will most likely be an experience like none you have encountered before. I do wish to visit with you all tomorrow, perhaps spend some time fishing." Gilliadson bowed politely to his friends and Sineliniel embraced them before the couple moved on to greet the rest of the assembled guests.

The next morning, Gilliadson rose early and went out to the garden behind the main house. The sky was brightening up with the anticipation of the coming dawn. Some of the smaller birds were chirping as they were awakening to greet the coming day. The garden was a beautiful with a gazebo in the middle of it which was surrounded by flowers. In the middle of the gazebo was a fountain. Various trees lined the small stepping stone path to the gazebo. The knight walked to the gazebo and found a small gold plate embedded into the fountain with the words "Dedicated to Quellious, the Goddess of Peace, in honour of Lady Alani Shadowbane". Gilliadson smiled and sat on one of the benches around the perimeter of the structure. The gazebo sides were made up of vines that wove together in intricate patterns like those of the gardens of Felwithe. The floor, fountain and benches all seemed to be made from the same rock. Gilliadson could feel some slight magical energy coming from the fountain itself. Gilliadson watched as Ro slowly rose above the horizon, bringing with it the light of day. More birds started chirping and some small animals started scampering about.

"Thank you Willa." Gilliadson whispered softly. "She has been honoured well and she would be most pleased."

The Koada`Dal reached out beside her and found the place on the bed next to her empty. It had been some time since she had slept in such a comfortable bed and she was sound asleep when her husband rose and left the room. Sineliniel smiled slightly as she rose and slipped into her silken night gown. The Elementalist opened the apperture on the lightstone lantern beside the bed and a sloft glow slowly filled the room.

The master bedroom was located on the top floor of the manor house and had a balcony overlooking the front courtyard and another that overlooked the garden behind the house. The walls of the room were decorated with various tapestries. The floor was covered with a plush carpet. In one corner of the room was her husband's two armor stands; one held his normal armor and the other held the Crimson and Silver armor that he wore for formal functions with the Shadowbane Knights. In anothter corner was the stand that held her robe and staff. Strong magic emanated from that corner. The bed was quite luxurious with it's Silk canopy. The wood of the bed was made of very rare Golden Oak. Willa had found a Golden Oak in Jagged Pine Forest that had been felled by lightning during a storm and had it milled for various items in the house.

Sapphires were embedded into the crimson and silver vine trims that adorned the headboard. Sineliniel could feel the magic in the bed as well and suspected that Willa and Myrikel both had a hand in enchanting it.

Sineliniel walked onto the balcony that overlooked the garden and watched her husband as he sat on a bench in the gazebo. When the sun rose and lit up the scene below her, the Koada`Dal softly sang an ancient Elven song into the gentle breeze. Soon other voices joined hers in the song as the other Koada`Dal in the house joined her in greeting the day with the same song. Sineliniel recognized King Thex's tenor mixed in along with her brother and father's baritones. Sineliniel smiled when she saw Gilliadson look up at her.

Gilliadson heard the sound of his wife's singing and looked up at the back balcony of their bedroom. Sineliniel was in her sapphire night gown, her golden hair gently flowing in the light breeze that blew out of the west. The other Koada`Dal in the house joined in the song with her and reminded him of the times that he was in Felwithe at sunrise and heard the residents of the city join in song as they greated the new day.

"Some traditions should never be broken." Gilliadson thought.

Even the birds in the trees stopped their singing to listen. It was a magical moment indeed. Gilliadson looked at his music box and decided that nothing more needed to be added to the song so he did not activate it.

When the song had finished, Sineliniel walked to her stand and put on her robe and tied the sash in front, making sure that she was respectfully covered.

The Elementalist summoned a small ring which she put on a finger. Sineliniel rose a few inches from the floor and floated back to the balcony. Sineliniel stepped over the railing and gently floated down to the garden below and right into her husband's waiting arms before dismissing the enchantment.

"Tonight, Leofa," Sineliniel said as she looked deeply into his sky blue eyes, "tonight we may add to our family. My season is now upon me."

Videtta comes

Post by Videtta »

The jingling of Noir, the black elven stead dress barding, heralded the the arrival of Videtta. The chosen of the light was the military driven unit in teh struggle in the battles against darkness. The commander Tylur did make and occasional appearance but oft time it was Videtta that represented this small order.

She paused at the gates to the estates studying the house. The early dawn light shown down upon her, and she moved trhough the gates into the estate grounds. Close to the estate she slid off of the horse. This must be the place she mused, Lady Jetamom had said this was her home where she and her husband dwelled. Letting the black horse graze on the nearby grass knowing that he would limit himself to areas not normally seen she strode around the house in search of someone. A halfling druidess that she had journeyed with for several quests was tending the garden behind the house.

Videtta paused for a moment looking at the happy estate of peace. The warm summer sun causingg sweat to roll down her back along the deep scars.

"Is Lady Jetamio here?" she asked the halfing druidiess.

Willanaome looked up from her gardening. She had felt the presence of the other as soon as she had crossed the old abandoned toll booth.

"Greetings M'Lady!. Yes Lady Jetamio is visiting here. Welcome to Sir Gilliadson's home." Willanaome called one of the maids to her. "Take this lady to the Fireplace Room and then let Lady Jetamio know that she has a visitor."

"As you wish, Mistress Willa." Replied the young maid. The maid turned to strange Koada`Dal. "This way M'lady." The maid turned toward the back door of the mansion.

I am deeply sorry Sir knight

I had heard that Lady Jetamio was in resisdence. Many thanks for thy welcome into this house. I have traveled far and represent the Chosen of the Light. I do fear that commander Tylur will be unavailable, but he sends his greetings.

Though her armor is well made it is scared from many battles. Her hair is silver from something other than natural color, and a wary look flashes in her eyes very uncommon in a Koada'dal of her age.

It is noticible that she has a slight limp from some old injury. And for some reason an irracible gnome calls her mommy and she responds. Other than that she is obviously the main healer of the chosen drawn up in military discipline and duty. She follows the maid into the house and into the fireplace room to meet with lady Jetamio.

The maids knock on the door was answered by an adolescent girl with bright green eyes and a shock of pure white hair. Cionaodh turned to her mother who was packing ready to return to their own house. Jetamio never stayed in other peoples homes for long, her nature too restless to stay in one place for any length of time.

"For me?" Jetamio was surprised when she learned why the maid was there. Who could possibly have come looking for her here. Dropping her things into the bag, she left her daughter to finish it off and followed the maid down the stairs.
