Re: The Calling
... which means Jetamio will be back to Firiona Vie where her true calling is?

If it's any consolation...
Although I'm practically a ghost these days, I'm more than happy to do whatever is in a humble Magician's power to help you in regaining your status, Jetamio. Simply give me a short heads-up and I'll do what I can to be online when it's convenient for you... not that I can promise anything *smiles*. I'm afraid everything about my availability is about as reliable as a toss of the dice.
Hehe thanks
I think it is more of a mental block than anything else though. I just levelled a shaman and warrior into the 60's in almost no time at all.
But Jetamio, she is different. It seems so wrong when on FV she will be this wussy thing again, but origianal Jet is a 14.5k/15.6k hps/mana raid machine
It is so very hard to get another Jet up to this level again where I would feel comfortable with her. I don't know, maybe I will try again, still thinking about it.

Well, perhaps try another class? Something new might spark new interest, might make it seem less redundant and more like you're doing this by choice... my 40's were always a major block for me as well; the first three years I played, I never once got a character through their forties.
All you have to do is consider what you want this character for: do you want to rebuild Jetamio as she was, or try something new? Are you creating her so you have someone powerful to raid with, or are you creating her more to have a "physical" manefestation with whom you can roleplay? At 75, Nas has 12.5k mana unbuffed and unclickied, yet I prefer a blood-smeared Blackburrow to the Citadel of Anguish.

Nasorin is right... and my 2 coppers on the topic is this...
Does Jetamio absolutely have to be a druid?
Before I brought Gill and Sini to FV they were played as close friends and were written of as such.
Now they are played and being written of as a married couple.
She's your character. Make her into whatever you wish. Remember each server is like an alternate version of the same world... (Think of the Series "Sliders" Was on the Sci-Fi Channel here for a long time... Not sure if you get it there in the UK.)

Aaah, but it is not so simple as that
There has to be a reason, a way for her to change class. The kind of person she is, she needs to be something close to nature, or at least something close to Tunare. I thought of ranger even, but I already have a rogue, which to me is rather similar expect a rogue has no mana/spells.
She could become a Priestess, or even a Paladin I suppose, but neither of those can be wood elf. So I'd have to change her race and come up with a reason for that. Easiest way would be to go to the Dragons, but then she becomes Veeshan diety. Bah! But if she becomes High Elf, how do I explain that? lol

What Gill's saying is that you don't have to have the same personality. You could weave a tale of betrayal, and then elaborate and say that X god/godess gave you a second chance... you could do anything with that story; you could go evil, you could be callous, you could be insightful, you could seek to protect others from similar fates, or you could decide that there is more to life than politics and seek to live out your life in a different manner.
Don't let such a simple thing as a name restrict your imagination.
(Nice new sig, btw)
