The mist grew beside the corpse form of Remis and as it coalessed his mind took possesion of his "original" form
His muscles and sinews grew arounf dence bone and wer alive. He felt the surge of life infuse him with new viguor as the corpe form now chattered mindlessly beside him.
Naked to the world remis stood in exquisite shape. far healthier and stronger that he had ever been before. He looked over at the form he previously inhabited and chuckled.

"Give your mother a kiss Remis" He said to it and it shambled over towards her a few steps before Stormfollower struck it down with a blast of blizzard, straight out of sidereal space. The horrid form froze at once in a pile infront of Remis.

"Good shot father! You have killed me once again!" He grinned evily ,then grew suddenly seriouse.

" Your time is up old man! The Wolf Cult will be mine now and there is nothing you can do about it.
y new friends will make sure of that. He brought his hands up above his head then flung them wide open towards the gathering.

From behing him the distraught spirits took misty shapes and decended apon the Wolf tribe and thier friends.

Howling, the evil spirits decended. They so outnumbered the remaining seafarers that to each person on the side of Stormfollower twenty or more concentrated themselves on each person individually while a host of other, less dedicated ghosts whirled and dove randomly amoungsht the others.

They had spoken with Remis long enough to preach his sermon to those who weren outside the cave. they whispered of his deeds in the past and of what he would be expecte to do in the future. There words became calm and assuring yet many of the tribe were terrified by them and buy the spectacle Remis had presented.

Inside the cave the children and the wounded were spared from the trial outside but still they wept to hear the fear in the voices of thier family.

The Guardians of the jungle crept in on all sides but they knew they were powerless to stop the words of those who remained safely out of touch. Into the mind of Radah the spirits of the noble Raventear tribe bespoke thier oath. No phisical harm would come to her or any present from these apperitions, yet they could not promice to guard againstany harm to their minds.

All the while Remis reitterated the propoganda his army from beyond the grave bombarded the tribe with.

``It was you who brought the tribe to this wretched state Father...You who made things so hard for them. All this time you have led us further and further away from our sacred lands to dwell with heretics of the urban world. The Elders have all been wooed into trusting your vision. BUT YOUR VISION IS TAINTED!``

Mujbura stood aside to allow Stormfollower to deal with his son, though ever watching ever near she remained. Amber eyes, glowing with Norrath’s power, were raised in warning to the spirits who would dare come near. The weeps from those within the cave drifted into her ears touching her heart. Lowering her head she felt their pain while remembering all the times she had waited for her father to come home from his many “adventures”.

Her head shakes off a spirit that comes close whispering into her mind, she would not hear of their tales. She had not known Stormfollower long, but at the same time their bond measured beyond any length of time. She existed for these people, in what ever form and strength she had. She had fallen for the Sea Mage’s tricks and was determined not to allow it to happen again. It had caused to her purposely attack someone to whom her heart was bound, and this caused her determination to be stronger.

The dark mist fades as the spirits wails subside, they return to their jail within her robes leaving the young girl lying on the sarcophagus panting softly. Again the feeding begins, the raw emotion surrounding her brings a dark grin to her face pulling a low growl from her lips.

The four eyes watch with pride at their creation not even the Gods could prevent. “What a superb being.” they thought. “How perfect in the image of both the races of her making.” Their smiles widen as she rises, with a demented grin upon her face she sits up looking towards the porthole.

She slides from the sarcophagus walking towards the porthole where her yellow, reptilian eyes are locked. Closing her eyes she inhales deeply sensing the fear, the pain, the angst of those in the area. Even those who shift their bodies slightly prepared to defend one against the other feed her with their anticipation and distrust of each other.

She opens her eyes to see Remis, how glorious he was to her. How dark, how demented, how like her grandfather. Slowly from one end of her lips to the other the grin of her creators slide across her lips as she admires him. “So much like you, grandfather.” she whispers. “And you were feared above all others.” She speaks as if her grandfather could hear her. Two dark eyes watch with a sick and pride filled grin.

There she stands peering out the porthole at the man she had claimed, one hand on the pendant, she remains. Watching and feeding, watching and admiring, like a rapacious girl with an infatuation.

Gilliadson's Sword of Truth glows brightly, creating an aura around him and Myrikel to keep the falsehoods of the spirits out of their minds. P`Nala draws a little from the blade's power and amplifies it with her own to duplicate that same aura around her and the rest of those outside the cave entrance.

Their screams bombarded her mind as they engulfed her and her family and their companions. She instinctively looked at her mother to help them but the Druid was struggling with her own ghosts. The attack seemed focused on Stormfollower, judging by the look on her brothers face. How could they have come from the same womb, two peas in a pod.

Through the screams and howls came a word of calm, a distant ray of light in a violent storm. It was the Raventear Tribe's ancient ones. For the first time in her life, Radha embraced the Dead, letting them come to her. Remis' wraiths came for her too, trying to devour her, but she focused all her attention on the peaceful one and spoke her question in her mind.

"How do we fight him? Help us, please..."

From the furthest depths of northron time the one voice reached out to the one who listened.

"You cannot fight him, that is impossible. He fights himself. Instead you must free him"

Myrikel feels for the love still inside as many of the spirits as she can and draws it to the surface of each one that gets close to her. The Lady Knight smiles at each one as she wills them to find their love again and be at peace. Spirits getting close to her desert the ranks of those assaulting the group and return to the afterlife contented and at peace finally.

Without warning Radha launched herself at her twin brother. She was as tall as he, her armour adding what she lacked in weight. She pinned him down much like they did in their childhood scuffles.

"What are you doing Remis? Is this the way of our people anymore than Fathers way? You aim to lead them through fear and pain, and that's a better way? You're sadistic brother, what happened to you? What happened to my brother?!"

Mujbura leaps aside as Radha runs past her tackling Remis to the ground. As Radha yells at her brother Mujbura looks up at Stormfollower as if he should break them up, just as a father always does for his children. Or, well, her father always had done between her and her cousins.

Her white ears perk up hearing soft whispers as a dark shadow hovers around Zotreths head. She looks over as other spirits join in the chant and her eyes go wide. She looks back over at Radha and Remis with wide glowing eyes. “They are right.” She thinks. “This can be viewed as an interference.” Leaping forward she clenches her strong canine teeth onto Radha’s boot to pull her from atop her brother. Hoping, just hoping she can save the moment.

A loud hiss passes quickly through Cerissa’s lips as Radha forces Remis to the ground. Yellow eyes glare towards the scene as she thrusts her hand out the porthole. A dark shadow slips from the sleeve of her robe traveling quickly towards Zotreth hovering around his head providing its Mistress’ whispers to him, “She has broke the treaty. She attacks Remis! She has advanced breaking the deal that only Stormfollower and Remis will battle. She has broken even their own rules!” It swirls around him the whisper becoming louder, “She has broken the treaty! She betrays even their own laws!”

The spirits, ghosts, shadows and undead near Zotreth begin whispering, “She broke the treaty!” The whispers growing louder as the information is shared between the undead and dead alike. Louder and louder claims for blood become a searing shrill, “She broke the treaty! A lightbringer has broken the treaty!”

Watching as Mujbura joins in the fray the shrills becoming piercing screeches, “She broke the treaty! Two against one! She broke the treaty! Two against one!” Quickly the chants spread throughout the area as the undead chant and wail demanding death to the betrayers.

Cerissa watches through the porthole with a sickly dark grin, “Very good, lightbringer. You broke the treaty, of your very own laws, and started a war. You walk as if you’re mighty and without blame. You have none to blame but yourself. All will know it was the daughter of Stormfollower, his favored daughter against his disowned son. The world will know they are who broke the treaty and brought misery to the tribe and the northern people.” Soft snickers escape through her lips as she watches the word spread like a sonic wave throughout the entire area.

Zotreth walks slowly over to Radha, sword in hand. The screams of the undead around him only add to his Hate and he angrily walks toward her. Glancing at the gathering of people he says this,

"You all are aware of what she has done... I ask sincerely that you repent now, and surrender her life. Else it will lead to battle. None of us truly want that to happen do we?" and he scans the crowd.

Zotreth takes the shield off of his back and holds his head high.

"What shall it be?"

Golden eyes blaze with anger as Jetamio turns her gaze to the ShadowKnight.

"You lay one finger on my children and it will be the last thing you ever do. Go run back to your little wench, you two have caused enough trouble here."

Radha seemed oblivious to the peril that was now aimed at her. Instead she pleaded with Remis, gazing deep into his eyes for some glimpse of recognition.

"Forget this insane illusion of yours, no harm need befall any of us! Remember me Remis, your sister, your playmate... remember our fort in the trees where no-one could defeat us! Remember!"

Myrikel searches deep within Remis' soul for the love he still holds for his sister and wills it close to the surface of his psyche, leaving the young necromancer with the decision to acknowledge it or to suppress it once again. Gilliadson steps between Zotreth and the children.

"It is not your right to place judgment upon her. The laws of these people are not yours nor your concern." Gilliadson said as the light of his holy blade banished the evil spirits encircling Zotreth's head. "At this point this is not a tribal matter but a family one since she has not struck him with any weapon. This is merely an appeal to reason from one sibling to another. Begone and let this family take care of its own."

Remis goaned under the weight of his twin sister in full armour pinning him to the ground. Tears tinged with anger welled up in his eyes as she dared to bring up those happy memories. It was a time of inocence for them both and a time he wished over and over again to re-live. It was a time when the ideal of his father meant the world to him, while out of his earshot he saw them tarnished on a daily basis.
Blind! I`ve beleived in the good sides of people. And doing so has left me in darkness as black as if I`d burned my eyes out.
He remebered another time in that fort when he had shown a boy its secret location in hopes of befriending him, only to be ambushed and beaten by a group of older boys and thier fort taken over. He had lied to Radha telling her they were building a new fort and they never went back thier again afterwards. He had learned to lie for her and learned to mistrust for himself. He hid his bruises from everyone that summer under a fall deerskin she had made for him. He was no "mewwing seal pup" as the boys had accused him.
His twisted mind did carwheels over his past guaging calamnity against calamnity, hidden turmoils he had endured as the son of Stormfollower. He was never able to be normal for the length of his fathers shadow, and never being able to measure up to the expectations others placed on him for it. Then when at last he had forged out on his own with his gifts for dreaming and the dormant "Speaker" powers he had met the old Necromancer and learned that not all ogres were ugly beasts in the forest.
What has become of me? You are no better than him.!
He writhed in revultion at himself and wished his sister would not contaminate herself by touching him but he did not fight back. He could do nothing against her for the light from her was too pure.
Misery, like tiny shards of obsidian, shot through his veins. He couldn`t speak, couldn`t think, without agony.

Then a voice in his head wispered "You are the Dreamer now. Your duty is clear"

"I want to tell you something. Listen will you?"

"...I dont want to hear anything you have to say I hate you!" he screamed aloud

"Listen anyway, please..."It was his fathers voice.
