I meant, though - are you importing some sort of template / model and then modifying it? Or are you creating these from scratch? Either way they are quite something!

Yeah, basically you start with a bog standard human model, which you then pose and dress and texture as you like. The backgrounds are similar, but really confusing sometimes lol!
