Every birth and every bonding will be reported to Verin Vharc. You will have Verin Vharc guards stationed within your bondaries so there will be no need for weapons carried by your members and any caught with such inside the borders will be met with swift punishment. This is your only chance to live peacefully and is not negotiable.

By what authority? A tax in return for what? At what penalty should you not obey? Does this new threat mean we have destroyed Mogadesches last remnants of a house? Is this Valdavens new guild?
